World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The upgrade to an item is a kind of enchantment which increases the stats of specific weapons or armor. This includes secondary stats such as Leech or Speed.
A special evolution item that allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2. It can be found at Pokestops and Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be applied to any kind of equipment and provide smaller bonuses when compared to other components that are specific to the type of equipment.
Leveling
The upgrade system allows players to improve items by increasing their level. The level increase also improves the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Every level upgrade grants an additional bonus based on the tier and increases the stat by a factor of 3. These bonuses range from +3 bonus, to a +1 bonus to an unspecified buff.
Each item can be upgraded a limited number of times. After the upgrade, the item can still be upgraded to a higher-tiered product with the same or greater worth.
This system is extremely useful for players who want to acquire gear that has a certain amount of stats prior to having the opportunity to obtain a new item. The transfer system allows players to not waste upgrade materials and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are collected as the player clears their cache of content. They can be used to enhance or replace an item. Each item requires a distinct type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, these materials are changed in their names. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.
It is essential to upgrade item s in order to boost a character's performance. However, it is also important to think about how much it will cost. Every time an item is upgraded, it costs an amount of gold that could be better used on an entirely new piece of equipment. This is the reason it's recommended to upgrade the most essential items in any given scenario.
This is essentially upgrading the weapon, followed by the legs, chest and helm. If the player is able to afford it upgrading trinkets must be considered in this stage to increase their proc potential. For instance, a top-of-the-line Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading to get greater damage it can cause from its procs. However, some trinkets aren't worth upgrading unless they can provide an important boost in a specific build. This is particularly true of the breakpoint gear that is used for high-value stats like IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method that lets players alter stats on a weapon, rings or armor based on the type of item. It is a way to add new bonuses or replace existing ones. It can also be used to change the item's power base.
Rerolling is a great way to increase your strength in the initial stages however it's not essential. When you reach your goal of upgrading to level 6, it's usually better to go down and look for the best upgrades you can, or save up for the next set of items. This will help you build an effective team when you reach your level 9 upgrade goal.
Rerolling is similar to the level-up system. Reroll tokens are a way to remove a Level Up option from your item and exchange it for another. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that when you roll an upgraded item, it won't be at that level and won't have its extra bonus.
Players can also utilize a special mechanic, Eliminate, to eliminate any level Up option they have on their weapons or equipment. This is helpful if you get a bad gacha result or want to roll a five-star unit. You'll need to create your own account or sign in via social media.
In every town, you can also visit an Occultist to change the Aspects or stats of a weapon or armor. This is helpful if you are looking to improve your epic five-star unit or if your four-star elite character is giving you trouble.
Another method to reroll an item is by using the rerolling tokens that are obtained by completing quests. These can be bought from the Occultist at 300 gold, or found in holozons that are dropped in certain dungeons. You can roll any armor, weapon, or ring simply by moving the icon on the page of your item with the lock to the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a set of items which have some commonality. You will use sets on a regular basis, such as dozen eggs or a group of friends. They are helpful because they allow you to organize things, and operations like intersection, union and difference can help you manage them efficiently. Sets can be used in various ways, including arranging music on a list of play lists or classifying students according to their grades.
In Nioh the game, Sets are used to create special effects when players wear armor of a set of armor. These bonuses, known as Set Bonuses, are similar and sometimes even better than Effects. While it is not explained in the game's universe why the armor sets need to be worn together to produce these extra effects, they provide a nice change of pace when playing the game. The armor sets with Set Bonuses are found in numerous locations around Hyrule including the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are included with every piece of equipment in a Set. The tooltip at the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are offered. The Set Bonuses will show in the form of a red box.
Some of these bonuses are only available for certain pieces of equipment. If you have the complete Phantom Armor set, you will receive +8 defense (instead of the 3 defense you receive with other equipment). Other sets are only available through specific quests or buying them from the Auction House.
It is possible to get Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment at the same time. For example, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the appropriate parts of the Twinblade of Shadow you will be eligible for the + version the bonus set when you can be able to match it.
Set Bonuses remain the same, despite the equipment to which they are attached level up. If an item is exemplarized too low, then the set bonus will not work.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are a special effect that are available on a set of equipment that can give a bonus in combat. Defence bonuses boost three defenses for each position and two typed defenses, so for example a complete five-piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of around 400 defence in your equipment. This is a significant increase in your gear for melee.
This is an extremely useful feature, and it is believed to be one of the more popular in the game. There are currently only a few gear sets have set bonuses, and they're only available in the Test Realm, but expect this number to increase once the update is live. For instance, the extremely popular 7 school-specific Dragoon's gear will get its bonus added as soon as the update is live.
While Set Bonuses don't stack within the same set, they can stack with other sets. This is great for those who wish to utilize the most effective combination of sets. However, it does require a bit of planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, so you need to be careful when placing them.
It is important to remember that the strength of a set's bonus will not change regardless of whether your exemplar level is higher than three levels lower than the minimum level that is allowed for an enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets, PvP sets and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this restriction and their set bonuses function regardless of the exemplar level of an item.
